We've come up the road a bit to visit friends in Northampton. We stopped off at Woburn safari park to meet up with them all and have a fun day together. It was lovely to spend some time together and especially for the mini pinks to have fun with our friends' little boy Alexander. Woburn was a great safari park, and we loved the bears and monkeys. The Marmosetts were also fab and came up really close to us. We finished the afternoon having a play in the playgrounds and then taking a train ride around the grounds. The children loved the train ride, and Miss Pink was very happy watching the animals from her train seat. (this is when the picture was taken).

After Woburn, we went to our friends' house for some tea, and for the children to have a play before bedtime. The Mini Pinks had a lovely time playing with "new" toys and they all got on very well. Even better they both went to sleep at bedtime without any grumbles or moans, despite the new surroundings. us grown ups enjoyed a glass of wine (or two) and an evening catching up with each others news.
