hilarious

We woke up early, the mini pinks were having fun playing together in their room but it was getting louder and louder, so I thought I'd better go and see what was going on. They had been playing "holidays" - a game which involves pretending to wake up or go to sleep, and when you "wake up" you shout "morning" very loudly!! Brilliant!

The weather wasn't very kind so we couldn't go out to play or have a barbecue as planned, so we all headed out to the soft play centre nearby. It was good move, as Master Pink was off, the minute we walked in the door! It was a lovely soft play place, not too big that i spend my time worrying where the children are, but big enough for Master Pink still to be challenged. They also had lovely food - proper food too, not just the usual plastic grub that you get at play centres.

The mini pinks had lots of fun playing and little Alexander went on the play frame with his mum and dad. Mr Pink and I took it in turns to play with the mini pinks.

Lunch was yummy, and Miss Pink cleared her plate! And she completely surprised me, by taking an open cup of squash and drinking from it very successfully. She's never done this before, but she must have been working it all out, and decided today was the day! The blip is of Miss Pink post lunch with "the cup" and her winnie the pooh book, that she demanded mid-lunch.

Oh and why is todays blip "hilarious" - because that's Miss Pink's new word:

Me: you are such a funny girl
Her: I'm not funny, I'm hilarious!

You certainly are!
