Library Gremlins

Last night we went to see the new Errol Morris documentary "Tabloid," which we both enjoyed quite a bit. It's a bizarre story, and though it's pretty much a 'talking head' style documentary, it is presented in a very entertaining manner. It's about an obsessive love affair that involves Mormonism, kidnapping, bondage and even cloned puppies. The title of the film is perfect as this true story was tabloid fodder when it happened in Great Britain in the late seventies. Anyway, as we walked from our car to the theater, we passed one of the campus library drive-up drop boxes and saw these funny little creatures stenciled on the side of the box. I don't know what they are supposed to represent, but I love them.
