The open road

Inspired by Appreciation I decided today would be a good day to stop work for lunch and cycle the open road for an hour to soak up some of the last of the sunshine we might get this year.

So I have been and returned, boy it was hard work, I am so unfit! Never mind, I loved it, the bike is great and I am now showered and back at my desk revitalised.
