Tropical Storm Lee

My seriously flooded bike path.
The white two-nosed blob in the middle of the pic is my little Lhasa Apso, Singye (subject of my last blip). She was moving in the low shutter speed of the late evening shot. Right after this, some ducks landed on the lake (I mean bike path) and she got so excited that she jumped out of the basket for the first time ever. Did a flip onto the concrete. She was a little surprised (she's not too smart) but none the worse for wear. Too bad I didn't snap the action - but juggling an iPhone and dog while riding a bike through 6 inches of water results in unpublishable pics!
