doing the funky monkey

Master Pink had the first of his school friend's 6th birthday parties to go to this morning. It was at one of the local play centres called "go bananas". The mascot, "Funky Monkey" came to the party too, and the poor monkey was subjected to lots of smacks on the bottom and pokes and prods by Master pink and his classmates! The picture is after lunch though, when one of the birthday girls gave Funky Monkey a cuddle.

In other non-monkey news, I had a lovely evening with the girls, drinking wine, eating pizza and watching "black Swan".
