Bolshy Of Brighton

One thing I love about Brighton is it's spirit of Argy-Bargy-ness! Everyone from the typical Brighton arty type to the Council Highrise dweller likes to have their say. Here, on John Street, Amex are constructing a huge new building, opposite these flats in the photo. The noise, building site traffic & dirt have obviously become too much to bear for these particular residents. I'm not sure if it's just one flat dweller, several or all who decided to hang this 'AMEX MAKES OUR LIVES HELL' banner, but for me, it just sums up how Brightonians express themselves, how much they care about their communities & environment and how they aren't backwards in coming forwards with their disquiet.
