Sunflower. Musselburgh. Edinburgh

A single sunflower growing by the promenade at Musselburgh. I assume it has grown from a seed dropped or blown in or washed up rather than the result of a careful planting design. Whatever the source it adds a striking element of yellow to the landscape.
