DIFFICULT CHOICES

My (lovely) GP says that the pain in my shoulder is arthritis, which I suspected. He said I should swim more, take occasional anti-inflammatories if it gets too painful and - here's where the choice comes in - try to avoid carrying heavy shopping by getting a bag with wheels. So here is what I'm choosing between - and I have to say I've already made the decision. What do you think I've decided? More detail if you go big.
