Ouch!

Just fallen down the stairs while stepping over the dog with my camera in hand! Nobody here for any sympathy though!

I'm going to bloody ache in the morning! Bruised back, carpet burn on my elbow and pulled my shoulder. At least I didn't drop the camera!

I've just been told I have to drive to London and stay over tonight! Great that car journey is going to hurt!
