unexpected present

My cousins, Kate and Fiona, bought me this necklace in France as a surprise and forgot to give it to me when we were all there a couple of weeks ago. Imagine my surprise when I received it through the post with a lovely note from them today. I was really touched.

Lila was my gran's name and she was very close to me.

Mum and dad left this morning. Really sorry to see them go, but know I'll see them again soon.

Went back to see the house today - exciting!
