TICKET TO RIDE

My dear wife was poorly today so it fell upon me to entertain our guest who had driven up from Winchester. After touring around Nidderdale, lunch at the Sportsman's at Wath and a hike up to The Coldstone Cut at the top of Greenhow Hill we drove back down int Bolton Abbey. Knowing Nigel has a hankering for steam I thought he might like to see the station at Bolton Abbey, as luck would have it they were running in steam today so we rounded up a nice day with a ride through to Embsey. Dear wife still poorly on our return but the doc's injected her derriere and she should be on the mend.
