Rydal Water

Today's the day ............................ that it was even hotter than yesterday

The difference was that, unlike yesterday when I was at home and able to enjoy the warm temperatures, today I was in meetings all day. It was definitely warmer outside than in.

But at least the meeting in the afternoon was in Grasmere at Dove Cottage, home of William Wordsworth (he was not at the meeting?!) - and on my way home I had this view of Rydal Water.

Not a bad life, all in all ...........................
