No.1 Inspired By...

Silverlight whose photographs remind me of still life paintings or pictures in the 'country living' type magazines.

I am going to do a series of 'Inspired By...' to stretch my skills. So watch this space!

These are cut Dahlias from my back yard, in a pint glass on top of a wheelie bin in front of the shed door (for a dark background), in the early morning, trying out manual ISO's on my Nikon. It is dark as Victorian still lives can be dark and I was going for that effect.
