Hip Harvest

The weather retreated to October norms today, so to get back in seasonal mode I harvested some of the rosehips in the garden.

In just a few months they transform from a delicate white flower to these fine red fruits.

Rich in Vitamin C, I'll mainly use them for tea. Unless you have better suggestions...
