Defrosting!

Passing through Walton-on-Thames today I thought I better take a photo of this rather 1960's building now it is empty, before it becomes totally overgrown.

This building belonged latterly to Unilever but is known as The Birds Eye Building as they were the ones who had it built. It is so 1960s in style. It must have looked incredibly modern and forward thinking when it was built.

Who knows what will happen to it now. At least it's listed so it won't get demolished and have new housing put there. Of course, there's every chance the building will stay and be turned into flats.
