Jars

Productive day off - walked the pooch in the AM, then had a nice breakfast at home. Afterward did some number crunching, went grocery shopping and then re-stocked the pantry. We had a grain moth infestation in our pantry so we had to throw away everything away a few weeks ago. Ugh. And I also proceeded to give away all our damn tupperware containers. All glass jars for me now.

Making a roasted chicken and a brown rice/split peas/black eyed peas/lentil pilaf. I hate how fast the weekend flies by. I seem to complain about that a lot on Sunday nights. *Sigh*
