Plumber to the rescue

Lovely guests who were leaving this morning phoned to say that they'd had a slight problem with the plumbing this morning and a repair was required.

It's great when people are helpful and warn me as I immediately sent a text to my plumber and he arranged to have one of his excellent team attend within the hour.

So we're all ready for our next guests again. Phew!

Self-catering cottage provision does have its challenges, but it's so good to have a team you can rely on.
