Performance management at DC Leisure

A day with staff from DC Leisure at Bramston Leisure Centre on the Braintree contract. Here they are busy with a 'real' play activity as part of the performance management module.

This training room is bizarre. Freezing in the winter and stifling in the summer. We had the fans going as it was another very hot day.

Boots would normally travel with me but had to leave her in Maidstone as it was far too hot for her in the car.
