Leadership training at DC Leisure

DC Leisure line managers get stuck into a discussion group activity during a leadership module at Bramston Leisure Centre.

This is a really interactive day which starts with team activities. Interestingly it's often the role of observer which presents the main challenge to leisure managers. The reason for this may be that they are genuine problem solvers and are generally used to getting stuck in so find it more difficult to step outside the activity and truly watch, listen and think without comment. You can see them itching to participate. It's great discipline for them to stand back, take it all in and give effective feedback.
