Cramond island

Cycled with Ian to Cramond in the morning to walk across to the island. Liked the weather. Nice cafe. There was a boat in the harbour called "Knight mare" - if I ever have a boat I want to call it like that, too... or my next horse... ;)
Sitting in the sun watching the kitesurfers. Afterwards nice hack with Farina in Dalkeith Country Park. Will try a short run now even when my GP told me to keep the running down. Cooking dinner later on will then see what else this day will bring!
