Toe tappin'

I took part in a workshop this morning as part of my participation in World Mental Health Day. The discussion at my table was facilitated by my friend Martin and I'm not saying I wasn't fully engaged in the discourse (perish the thought!) but I did find myself somewhat transfixed by his foot jiggling away restlessly under the table...
