Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle as a Desert Detective

A Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle joined me for a trip to the Desert Botanical Garden early this morning. He was given a challenge to find 9 plant traits and once he had marked them all off, he was to return to Admissions for his prize.

As you can see here, he took on the task with great enthusiasm. The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle found all the plant traits (small leaves to conserve water, ribs, fleshy leaves, spikes, etc) in record time. He was rewarded with a plastic snake for his efforts.

He enjoyed all the attention his costume received, but he was flustered that people just thought he was a plain old turtle - not a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle.
