Virginia Creeper in full Autumn colours

I have blipped these before when some of them were still green and the others were not quite as red. They are now all this glorious red, although many of them have blown away in the wind. This image is straight out of the camera with no extra saturation added, although the picture has been cropped a little to remove some of the empty patches where the leaves have blown away.

It is less windy today with a few drops of rain this afternoon, but it has been dull and overcast most of the day. It is now only about 1700 hours and already it is getting quite dark.
