Footbridge over the Hogsmill, Malden Manor

I used to come net fishing for sticklebacks here when I was little, maybe 38 years ago. Then, the banks were sheer concrete drops and the water was pretty empty of life. the place is utterly transformed now - natural banks, lots of plant and bird life, a totally different place. Not everything has got worse as I've gotten older, and here's some proof.
