Rock and Roll

We got invited to a fancy dress party today.
Daisy went as a rocker fairy bee wasp princess thing and I went as a panto dame with a dress from the drama dept of school, bright red Aunt Sally cheeks and electric shock hair.

Turned out none of the other parents dressed up, turned out I didnt really know any of them either also turned out that none of them thought it was big and clever to go to a kids fancy dress party in costume.
