Inside Outside

All change

Today has seen winter arrive as sleat was lying on the roads in Lewis this afternoon and as I type this blip text, there is hail stones lashing at the windows and the wind is whistling down the chimney. Today we've had sunshine, showers, hail, sleat, wind and pretty much most other types of weather as well.

The highest mountain in the background, whale back shaped one, is called Clisham and the boat in the photo, is the Anglian Monarch, the reprived Coastguard emergency towing vessel for Northwest Scotland.

Tomorrow we are exploring Harris and I'm hoping the weather is a bit more favourable.
