It was all a bit " Grrr"

Spartan Race completed
in a feat of madness

The race involved lifting sand bags, spear throwing, climbing through cow dung, scaling heights ( I am f%ckng terrified of heights so you can imagine the dignity involved here ), crawling under barbed wire whilst having ice thrown on our heads, jumping over fire oh and some electric fence .... Fantastic!!

We couldn't take the cameras on course as they would have lasted about a nano second, we do have some shots just after the race when we are soaking wet but the women amongst us can probably work out why , when I was very cold and very wet in clinging lycra, there were a
" couple of reasons" that stand out as to why that photo can't be blipped.. I say no more on this

So this is when we were changed and me having a quick pose with some of the models.

Please don't judge my new haircut on the merits of this shot.... it looks EVEN worse than normal on here as it was coated in mud

NOte to self; If you don't want anyone to notice your worst feature, probably best not to mention it eh!!

So another good day. Me and Z have discussed what to do next as a challenge after all these races so far.. I think it may have to be macrame!!
