This is me demonstrating what we did at our last session of Awareness Through Movement.

Once on our backs on the floor, the instruction received from the teacher started something like this: "Interlock your fingers and place them on your stomach with your arms by your side and your elbows resting on the floor. Raise your left arm." Then the session continues for an hour exploring various variations on this theme whilst we are aware of our internal sensations relating to this.

FYI: ATM was devised by an Israeli called Moshe Feldenkrais.

PS. In the photo I have my fingers linked in the "non-habitual way" for me!
