Jay Driving

Shift swap scheduled in work today. It was the best shift ever thanks to this beautiful man. I was in a foul mood this morning after discovering that my "lovely" mobile phone provider had given me the wrong IMEI number on Sunday - so the police and my insurers now have the wrong ones! Therefore potentially screwing up my insurance claim, but leaving me liable to pay them for the remaining 12months of the contract... convenient. Will have to wait and see what the insurers say but I have contacted them to inform them! MORE WAITING!

Jay has a wee story to tell at the moment which he and all his friends are finding super bizarre! Over the last few months someone has been coming to their house and leaving things at the back door. At first it was things like ice poles,a box of chocolates, and wood chips for the garden. These were left on separate days. They told the landlord who though at a stretch it may be someone who doesn't know his mother (who used to live there) had passed away.

Nothing has happened for about 10 weeks. Then on Sunday night Jay and Andy noticed that someone had cleaned parts of the garden where they put their cigarette butts. They had thanked each other for doing it, and thought the other had done it. The next morning Andy went to work and Jay was making a play list in the office, when he heard something drop through the door. Jay went to the door straight away and saw no one there, or out of the windows. (They live in a cul de sac so they moved fast) A Thomas cook money bag had been dropped through the door with a Citizen watch inside.Jay freaked a little and decided to tell the police about all this. The police took a report but as they pointed out, there is technically no crime.

Tonight when they got home Jay and Andy found an anorak and a bag of tools on the back door step - so confusing but has freaked them out more. They took the stuff along to the police - not knowing what to do with all this random crap. They now want to move house. Which I get...but who would do this, why and what for? Very very strange!
