Auld alliance nae more.

The days when Scotland and France were in a joint alliance are long gone.

A new alliance has emerged. Scots and the Poles.

No part of Scots society has been left untouched by our new citizens.

Villages in the Highlands where the young have left for the cities now have shops staffed by Poles and other eastern Europeans keeping the economy alive.

Where old local businesses close down new ones declaring their Polski credentials pop up to keep the community going.

In this picture the cinema has long gone and the sole shop on this stretch is Polish.

They have reversed Scotland's declining population and even rescued our abysmal birth rate.

Vive Polski Ecosse!
