Day 20: Architecture

Crystal Palace Station, formally opened in 1854 to improve transport links to the Great Exhibition and the Crystal Palace.

The wide staircases, high ceilings, and the sheer amount of space it takes up, are in complete contrast to modern stations. It's a great building, but totally inaccessible to anyone with a wheelchair or small children.
