Bright spot on a gloomy day

The sunshine went A.W.O.L. today. After a heavy downpour yesterday evening and through the night, the rain stopped, but gloomy clouds hovered through the day. I had to detour around a couple of large puddles that covered the path in the park, but it's a good thing I took advantage of the rain-break this morning to get my blip because late this afternoon the showers moved in again. I'm pretty sure we have set a rainfall record in recent months...maybe for the year. The silver lining to all these clouds is actually green...green fields, green lawns, green gardens, and the golf greens....Well, you can only imagine!

Weather report: Showers (again) on Friday but maybe a little sunshine on Saturday and Sunday.
