taking it easy!

After the excesses of last night a walk on the fells was needed to clear the head.

A walk was also needed after the stress endured watching my country win the Rugby World Cup. It might only be sport but as every Kiwi knows it means far more to the country and its people than a game. We needed that win today...go the mighty All Blacks!
