Oh mummy!

This is Learmonth Gardens, Edinburgh, scene of a haunting in the 1930s when one Lady Seton nicked a bone as a 'souvenir' while on holiday in Egypt with her baronet husband and their family. No sooner were they back in Scotland than it's crashing noises, moving furniture and mysterious illnesses.

Several people reported a ghostly figure in long robes and most awful of all, the servants left for other jobs. The local paper began reporting 'the curse of the Pharaoh'. Finally the bone was handed over to a priest and exorcised/burnt. I dunno, they might have sent it back home ...

Anyway, the haunting stopped and Lady Seton behaved from then on.

Also found something else spooky with EdiSteve ...
