A turnip for the books

Well, a bunch of local children (and one dog) turned up for 'trick or treating'. I said we have no truck with such nonsense in Scotland and they had to do some proper guising. So the dog recited a poem

It was ruddy awful. Aroo-Aroo-aroooo!

But I gave him some chocolate anyway.

Oops, dogs can't eat chocolate ... but Snoopy will save money next year on a ghost costume. Hurrah!
