Consoled

Gracie could see it in my eyes, I hadn't saved the pictures I took on my cell phone today, I'd forgotten to take my camera and now I had nothing. While it's true that just getting too close to the cage will inspire her to reach out and play with my hair or grab my clothes to say 'hello', I like to think that when she reached out and held my hand she knew it had happened and she was consoling me....
