On golden water

For the past week or so I've been hearing the distinctive beeping call of the Little Grebe (Tachybaptus ruficollis) on the Water of Leith. I finally saw him today, with golden light on the water and a Mallard for scale :)
The Goosanders have also returned, and I saw a Pochard.
Apart from that, more bones all day....
