Windfall

Had to take a walk between our two buildings either side of town for a meeting so took the scenic route via the park as it was such a lovely day. Rather astonishing collection of windfall apples.

Having gone out without a coat on the advice of a colleague who said "it's lovely out there, I could have stripped off", I found myself shivering in the cold November sunshine.

Talking of having the shivers: last night I blipped Macbeth the book and tonight I came home to Macbeth the DVD. TSM and the Dizzle are watching it as I write. Patrick Stewart as a Stalinist version of the evil Scot. "Upon my head they placed a fruitless crown".

Should have gone scrumping apples with me mate...
