College visit

Today was orientation day for Laura (and us as parents) at Miami University - that is in Oxford Ohio, not Florida. Its named after the Miami Indian tribe which once inhabited the area. The morning was taken up with general stuff - adapting to college life, etc, etc, which for us was kind of repetitious, since she is our third to go to college, but the afternoon got into more specific stuff, relating to actual scheduling. Laura is spending the night up there, but Roger and I came home - its about a 50-minute drive -and we will return early in the morning, and it wraps up by lunch-time. Its a beautiful campus, lots of green space and trees and very classical buildings.

I have back-blipped yesterday.
