Apple Cakes!

. . . part of an order for 12 trays of cakes for the Yacht Club for the weekend. I baked two trays each of apple cakes, gingerbread and marmalade cake today - will bake the rest tomorrow afternoon after market.

Just got in from rehearsals - got Jackie to try the Jack-in-the-box costume on (see yesterday's blip) and it's looking good - just got the skirt to do now.
