Curious doe

This doe and a companion were watching me as I scattered sunflower chips for the birds. Another sign of fall I guess. All summer long, the chickadees and other birds showed no interest in sunflower chips. They had plenty of available food and spent their time hanging out in the tree tops. With the coming of autumn, that is changing. Today I scattered some seeds, sat down and waited, and blipped some hungry birds...and deer. The other pictures are here.

Weather report: Today was a beautiful, sunny, dry day in northeast Ohio. Serendipity!
