Night time secrets

There were a few secrets hiding in the hedges this evening during our evening walk armed with headlamp and iPhone. There have been so many ladybirds this year all around the garden and fields. Am enjoying experimenting with the headlamp and night blipping!

Three beautiful things:
1. A thank you gift - was given two bars of Green & Black Organic Chocolate as a thank you by a child for getting her a sausage roll etc for her lunch because she had forgotten to order a lunch. Completely unexpected!
2. Blipping - it was great to relax by walking round the fields searching for a great blip! You notice so much more of your surroundings and it provides an escape from the pressures of life for a time!
3. Herman - was given a friendship cake called Herman today. Took me right back to when mum used to grow a Herman! Basically you are given a mixture which starts you off, then over the next 10 days you have to stir and feed. Finally you split the mixture into 5 portions - giving 4 away to friends, add some more ingredients and hey presto - you have a friendship cake! Watch this space is all I will say!

One thing to be grateful for:
I have people I can turn to for support.
