Yet another bird

Another day when I had no intention of blipping a bird.

I went down to the Rock Snot Cafe for a coffee after work. As always I took my camera in with me and I took a few photos of various things - clematis flowers, light on water, blackbirds and a sparrow. I felt that there was nothing really blippable in the lot so on my way home from there I took a detour to photograph long grass and weeds along the country fencelines.

However, when I got home and downloaded them all I spotted the wings and legs hanging out of this wee sparrows mouth.

I will have to go back and photograph fencelines another day.
