Nastics!!

2years 21days

Soooo, the big day is upon us. She has definitely figured that something is up, and is wandering round searching for her stuff. But if all goes to plan, it wont be long and she'll have most of it.

She spent the morning playing with Harrison and Aiden. She was a really good girl, and seemed to have fun. But didnt eat and wasnt' brilliant with the toilet (their mum told me she'd pooped in her pants, she later told me that Katie had then presented the pants to her. Sigh). She was very excited though when I arrived and put her gymnastics tshirt on and said we were going.

She had a fabulous time. Her and bobbins followed each other round, extremely scrummy. They were really good on the circuit today, both did the whole think pretty much continuously, rather than Katie's usual selective method. She did return to the vault and trampette a few extra times though! She even let her teacher help her for some bits (not normal for her!) They did things a bit differently today, in terms of the order of things, and the girls werent amused. They wanted to do their dancing and they wanted to do it when they expected to do it!! Little adorable creatures of habit. They had fun playing with the parachute, including making a tent for them to play in. Katie was extremely pleased when it was time for the bars of course, and raced to be at the front of the queue

She was pretty cross when she realised after gymnastics that she was going to nursery for the afternoon, bless her. But she settled down. Although she didnt have a sleep at all. She ate her lunch that they'd kept for her, and then the others had woken up so she played. When I arrived there was a bit of a situation as Monkey had gone missing. Eek. He wasnt found so we had to go home without him.

We went to the new house after nursery. She was a bit wobbly with it all at first, but I took her upstairs to her room (which I had unpacked and sorted all ready for her seeing it) and she settled visibly. She was really excited to see all her friends out ready to play again. Come bedtime though, it was mummy's bed without a shadow of a doubt!
