Happy Birthday

It's my birthday and this is the card that made me laugh the most. It's from my lovely friend/colleague Sandy who is only 7 months younger than me and we are "women of a certain age". She has the hot flushes, I've yet to have them but I've had other "symptoms". Oh what joy, middle age!

I've had some lovely presents which seemed to revolve round cats, cupcakes or chocolate!

The decorator has nearly finished painting my house. The cats are very confused. Joey (surprisingly) is taking it all in his stride but Beth is very upset about all the upheaval. Unfortunately it isn't over yet as I need to get carpet so I'm off to Carpetright on Saturday morning.
