Nat is free

my rubbishy camera really doesn't do Nat justice.

It was her birthday today and her Mum and Dad made a big 3 cake and had us all round. There were toys aplenty (a scooter and a pram..) but she's just so happy to have playmates, stories, swings, dances and races.

Her big blond halo of curls now fits in a bobble. Second by second, milimetre by milimetre, game by game.. she's growing, but each time I see her it's the best age.

Her cousins were also there in full force. My brothers started a game where each wee yin got carried on the front of their feet like an robot exoskeleton.

Lovely to see her, the family and lovely to eat the cake. Even cadged a nice meal at my friend F's later. It was a very delicious day
