I'm in Charge .....

..... around here and not that Local Celebrity Heron. Hisssssssssssssssss.

The locals tell me the heron has been around the Maxwell Park Pond for the last six weeks. Yesterday there was a tussle with the swan, as to who was "Top Bird". It seems the heron flew off. I wonder if he will return. And I had gone to the trouble of looking out my zoom lens and planning another Blip.

Just as well Shine-A-Light went to find him on Sunday. Just in time.

In other news, Brian Burnett chose "Photography" as his theme for "Get it on" on BBC Radio Scotland this evening.
