Posh Pud...

After lunch I am off to see my chums W & A for the weekend. They don't let me stay unless I bring a 'Posh Pud'! Luckily I live near near posh pud shops!

This one is simply labeled Lemon Cheese Cake, but I suspect there is nothing simple about making it.
