Sheep Street

I've been Christmas shopping in Petersfield today and came across this little chap in a window of the Black Sheep pub in Sheep Street, so called because Petersfield's early prosperity was wool-based. Some of the characterful houses in the street date back to the 16th century.

I've made significant inroads into my Christmas shopping and it's not even December - which is very good for me indeed!
